Frangipane, toasted almonds and a snow of powdered sugar on our three-day butter croissant. Out of the oven at 7 AM. Most Saturdays the last one goes before 9:30, so the board above is your friend.

This is why the board above keeps moving. We bake once for the day and once more for baguettes, and when a tray is gone, it’s gone till tomorrow.

  3. Second baguettesThe rush thins. Regulars have had their knots by now.

  5. We closePre-orders for tomorrow close too. Ovens start at 3 AM.

Hold a loaf for tomorrow.

The sourdough is usually gone by lunch. A hold means yours is on the shelf with a ticket when you walk in.

    Pick by 2 PM.

    Choose loaves and a pickup time. Up to four of each, so the walk-ins still get some.

    We bake it at 3 AM.

    Your loaves come out of the first bake, go in a paper bag and wait on the hold shelf.

  3. 3
    Pick up from 7 AM.

    Your bag waits at the side counter, so you can skip the line and pay as you pick up. Holds keep till noon, then they go on the rack.

Yes. Hand us the card when you pick up.
Lost it?
Cards can’t be replaced, so keep it in your wallet. Grab a new one any morning.
